Self-awareness: Pay attention to your emotions, thoughts, and reactions in different situations. Understand your own strengths, weaknesses, and triggers. Keeping a journal or practicing mindfulness can help increase self-awareness.
Self-regulation: Learn to manage your emotions effectively. Practice techniques like deep breathing, meditation, or taking a break when you feel overwhelmed. Avoid reacting impulsively and take time to consider your responses.
Empathy: Work on understanding and sharing the feelings of others. Practice active listening, show genuine interest in others’ perspectives, and try to put yourself in their shoes. This can help you build stronger relationships and resolve conflicts more effectively.
Social skills: Develop your communication and relationship-building skills. Practice effective communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration. Building strong relationships with others can help you navigate social situations more smoothly.
Seek feedback: Ask for feedback from others about how you handle emotions and situations. Reflect on the feedback you receive and look for patterns or areas where you can improve.
Learn from others: Observe people who demonstrate high emotional intelligence and learn from their behavior. Pay attention to how they manage their emotions, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships.
Continuous learning: Read books, attend workshops, or take courses on emotional intelligence to deepen your understanding and develop new skills. Practice what you learn in your daily interactions.

WHO SAID YOU CAN’T?
All humans have an inborn connection to nature, known as biophilia.
Biophilia is a concept introduced by the renowned biologist E.O. Wilson in the 1980s, which refers to the inborn human tendency to seek connections with nature and other forms of life. The term ”biophilia” literally means ”love of life or living systems”
This idea suggests that humans have an inherent emotional affiliation with the natural world due to our evolutionary history of being closely connected to nature.
Incorporating plants into your surroundings can satisfy this natural inclination and create a more harmonious living space.
Join @planticumworld for a journey of mindfulness in the plant kingdom! Let nature’s wisdom inspire you to elevate yourself! ✨🌱

WANT TO MAKE FASTER AND BETTER DECISIONS?
Here is Five Exercises to Enhance Left and Right Brain Cooperation for Faster and Better Decision Making 🧠
1. Regular Exercise: Engage in physical activity to boost blood flow to the brain, improving cognitive function and decision-making abilities.
2. Cross-Lateral Movements: Engage in activities that involve crossing the midline of your body, such as marching in place while tapping your opposite knee with your hand. This helps improve communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain
3. Mindfulness and Meditation: Practice mindfulness techniques and meditation to reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote clearer thinking when making decisions.
4. Music Practice: Learn to play a musical instrument or engage in activities like singing or dancing. Music engages both sides of the brain and promotes coordination between them.
5. Sleep: Prioritize quality sleep to enhance memory, concentration, and problem-solving skills, leading to better decision-making.

HE TOLD ME
I don’t believe in ADHD.
Why? I asked.
Because, you see, the solution to ADHD lies in creating routines and cultivating discipline.
(Check it up.)
ADHD is simply a trait that everyone possesses in such case. Otherwise, it’s merely a feeble excuse for not taking action.
The fear is too complex.
Meditation is key.
Sitting in silence is key.
Belly breathing is key.
Awareness is key.
Society limits you, your beliefs are controlling you.
If you think you can’t, you are right.
If you think you can, you are also right.
Choices.
Raise your awareness.

YOU ARE THE ONE ✨
Have you been one of those who have searched for "the one" but have not felt satisfied? This post is reaching out to you - the one is within you. Having expectations from your partner can be what destroys the whole relationship. As long as you are fulfilled within yourself, with yourself, only then can you live with someone else for a lifetime. A sustainable relationship starts with the relationship with yourself. So remember, you are "the one".

WHAT’S YOUR HABITS? 🐇
I studied interviews, articles etc and found that the top performers in the world all do this one thing.
- it makes them more likely to achieve their goals
- they can out think and out perform 99% of people
- it creates consistent belief, confidence & mental strength.
Visualisation is the process of creating images, environments and feelings in your mind before they happen. (Also known as mental rehearsal)
It works because the brain doesn’t know the difference between what is real or imagined.
So when you visualise your goals, processes, emotions etc you rewire the brain.
What alot of people don’t know is that there are 5 visualisation techniques:
- outcome
- process
- creative
- negative
- receptive
I’ve been practicing for 5 years myself and the results have been incredible.
It’s been a secret for way too long and that’s why I’m reaching it to people.
It’s the tool that can 10x your performance, confidence and focus.
Anyone already a visualiser?? Say hello in the comments! 🐇
I offer three ways to support you:
1. Explore my botanical art pieces, which not only adorn your space but also offer broader perspectives and tell the story of your vital existence within the ecosystem.
2. Experience a transformative 2-hour meditation session designed to pause your ego, allowing for deep reflection without distractions. This meditation practice is a powerful tool for personal growth.

Ever thought of making your own self-sustaining ecosystem?
I’ve crafted over 300 closed ecosystems, tried and tested various methods, and have stuck to a winning formula. Now, I’m sharing tips on how you can create a beautiful ecosystem just like Planticum.
1. Start by cleaning the container you plan to use for your ecosystem. Ensure it’s dry inside before planting.
2. The base layer is crucial. Use high-quality clay pebbles and create a 2-3 cm thick layer at the bottom of your glass container.
3. Over the clay pebbles, add a sprinkle of activated charcoal (available at aquarium shops).
4. Mix potting soil with a pH of 6.5-7 with sphagnum moss. You can find white sphagnum moss at aquarium or plant shops.
5. Using a funnel, gently add the soil mixture. The thickness depends on your container’s size. In a 56-liter glass damejeanne, I go for a 5-6 cm thick layer, evenly distributed.
6. Position the moss around the edges, forming a circle or fitting it to the shape of your chosen vase. You can skip the moss if you prefer: it often looks great even without it as plants grow.
7. Methodically plant your chosen plants, keeping a few centimeters between each to allow room for growth.
8. Preferably use rainwater. If unsure about the quantity, it’s better to use too little than too much. Once sealed, the water will distribute evenly in the soil to maintain moisture. Excess water can cause rot at the bottom. The clay pebbles and sphagnum moss can absorb some excess, but they have their limits. Avoid tap water.
9. Seal your ecosystem after 2-4 days.
Position your ecosystem indoors where it can receive indirect sunlight. Aim for a temperature range of 19-25 degrees Celsius for optimal conditions. Occasionally rotate the terrarium to promote even growth.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Glass vase (damejeanne)
- Two wooden sticks for planting. Chopsticks usually work well.
- Rainwater.
- Plants like Tradescantia, Fittonia, Epipremnum, and perhaps a fern or two. Choose plants that thrive in high humidity. Avoid succulents with thick leaves like cacti.
I’d love to see your results! Send me photos. I’ll be happy to guide you 🩶
