Did you know: Mosquitoes play a crucial role in the ecosystem, with their largest purpose being that they are an important part of the food chain. Mosquitoes serve as a food source in all stages of life to many important animals, such as bats, birds, fish, reptiles, and other arthropods. ♻️
Getting rid of mosquitoes may make people happy initially, but it could harm ecosystems in the long run by causing a chain reaction of negative effects on various species.
When I exhibited my ecosystems at the dubai world trade center (2021) a man said: the government plans to make dubai 65% greener in the near future. now they have planted clouds(cloud seeding) so that it rains a lot and as a result mosquito problems have increased drastically. People are bothered but it is necessary for a sustaining environment 🌏
During mosquito season try not to judge the tiny vampires just make sure to use a good mosquito repellent 🦟😁
